Congregational Membership Certification
Certification begins November 15th, 2011.
Congregations must submit this update by
5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on February 1, 2012
to be certified for General Assembly.
Changes This Year:
- Non-Member Friends: We are asking for a new statistic, to start to get a sense of how many people benefit from the services of our congregations without being members. Read about how to count non-member friends.
- Report Financial Data for Most Recently Completed Fiscal Year: This year, we are starting to collect financial information for the most recently ended year, rather than estimated or budget information for the year in progress. This applies to Total Operating Expenses, Pledge Units, and Total Pledge Income.
